Return & Exchange Policy

After you have received your item, you have 14 days to ask for a return or exchange.

Custom order items can not be returned!

To qualify for a return the following must apply:

·         Contact me at sue@polarbearcreations.com and let me know why you want to return the item.

·         The item must be in the same condition as it was received, unused with tags and original packaging.

·         Provide proof of purchase

Most importantly….contact me first!

I will not accept items that have been send back without contacting me first and me agreeing to a return!

If I agree to a return/exchange /refund you must ship the item back with a tracking number and provide me with that tracking number.

Shipping cost are the customers responsibility!

I can not offer a refund if I haven’t received the item and didn’t get a tracking number!

Once I have received your item, I will contact you.

Refunds

If a refund has been approved, I will refund you the amount to your original payment method.

Please remember that it might take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process the refund back into your account.
